Being a subordinate office under Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Food & Public Distribution, the recruitment for various Group ‘A’ posts is made as per the procedure by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) and to the Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts by Staff Selection Commission(SSC) in accordance with the Recruitment Rules prescribed/approved by the Department of Personnel and Training (DOP&T). No direct recruitment is made to any post by the Institute.
