Smt. Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniyaa

Worked professionally as a school teacher and coaching educator. Smt. Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya is an Indian politician serving as the Union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution since June 2024. She is also a Member of Parliament in the 18th Lok Sabha, representing the Bhavnagar constituency in Gujarat as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Prior to her parliamentary role, she served two terms as the Mayor of the Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation (2009–2010 and 2015–2018). She began her public life as a grassroots party worker and gradually assumed various leadership responsibilities at the municipal and district levels.
